24Hrs Quick Dispatch applies for the product which is in ready stock and it is the Dispatch time to ship the product, it’s not the Delivery Time.

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 business days from the order date . While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few products that may be delivered in 7-10 business days.

Shipping or Transit Time for logistics after Dispatch

• Bluedart – 4 to 6 Business Days
• Other logistics – 6 to 8 Business Days

Other logistics- Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Professional courier, DTDC etc

• We always send through Bluedart logistics since it’s most reputed logistics, only if the pincode of your location not serviceable by Bluedart we are forced to send through Other Logistics.
• Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
• Customised Products will take extra 2-3 business days, because all the works need to be done from scratch.

What if the products not reached in these delivery timelines ?

•          The above days mentioned are the estimated delivery timelines, upto 99% all the packages delivered smoothly, but at times there is a chance that the packages got stuck at some location and it causes delay.

•        Since logistics partners are not in our control we can investigate the issue with their customer care team and try our best to make it delivered ASAP.
•     Please bare with us , it’s rare that won’t reach in the timeline , we assure that we will put our best efforts to make the package deliver asap.
