Can Size Exchanges or Replacement be done?

Yes, we offer you the services for size replacements but only for one order at a time. And about the exchange, the items can be exchanged to the required size.

Note : Please double check the size guide before placing the order.

**Products which have any form of customised content are not eligible for replacements**

Is there any timeline in which Size can be Exchanged ?

Exchanging the item for the size is possible, only within 7 days after the order has been delivered. For other queries, please contact our WhatsApp chat support.

Do I need to send all the items for Size Exchange?

No, there is no requirement for all the items of the order, just send only the item you want to exchange for the size.

Can we exchange it for some other design or color?

Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.

What is the overall time for a replacement?

From our previous services, the estimated time for the replacement is generally 10-14 working days. We would like to prefer to check the size at the confirmation of the order twice.

Do I need to return the items on my own?

For the return, you have to ship the item from your side. You can use any preferable low-cost courier service like India Post etc. Once the order is placed, it will become your responsibility for any change or replacement. 

  • After returning the order to our address, you are required to WhatsApp the tracking details of the returned order with the Courier name.
  •  Note: We will initiate replacement only after we inspect the returned package thoroughly for a Quality check. Once we checked we will dispatch the necessary size in two working days.
  • The estimated time taken for Size Replacement is approx. 15 days, therefore we request you all to choose the size correctly and be hassle free.
RETURN POLICY
  1. We accept returns only on the following conditions below
    1. If we sent any wrong size from the actual ordered size.
    2. If we sent any wrong color of the product from the actual ordered color.
    3. If we sent any defective products like stitching mistake , printing mistakes .
    4. If we sent any wrong design sent from the actual ordered design.
  2. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect product .
  3. Since we maintain high quality standards many customers like our quality which gets reflected in the feedback section , if incase you just don’t like the quality without having the mentioned reasons above ,we couldn’t accept it as return.
  4. Product must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  5. Returns are not accepted for any type of customised orders.
  6. Since the mistakes are on our side , we will give you complete refund , but you need to return back the product to our address , shipping charges Rs.100 will be given for the whole order through Gpay or any UPI id.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once your return is received and inspected,We will notify you approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • You are required to inform about cancellation within 24 hours from order placed , however if we ship within 24 hours time cancellation can’t be done .
